Reroll only if the Retry 4-star is the wrong one

Targets

gacha.gg says lock Ichigo or Toshiro first, then spend stones on the Aizen rate-up. Aizen is not in the Retry pool. Uryu is the name that page tells you to skip. Game8's reroll ranking says stop if Aizen appears on his banner, and stop a 'good enough' account once you hold two or more strong 4-stars. I treat Ichigo as the safest Retry keep because both tier pages put him in the top band.

Pull counts use different starting points

Game8 counts 40 pulls including the tutorial Retry: 10 Retry plus 30 from 9,000 stones. Dengeki counts 36 after the tutorial: five platinum-ticket pulls plus 31 stone pulls, requiring 9,300 stones including the first login reward. gacha.gg counts Retry plus 30 stone pulls. These are different counting scopes, not a 36-to-40 range.

Game8 reports an approximately five-minute skipped loop (its heading also says a minimum of four minutes); gacha.gg reports four to five minutes. Dengeki reports approximately ten minutes for the tutorial. The tutorial duration is not interchangeable with a skipped reset-loop duration.

How the reset is described

Game8 and Dengeki say the title screen has Support, then delete user data. gacha.gg says uninstall and reinstall, and that deleting an account through support can take days. I would try the title-screen delete first, and only reinstall if that entry is missing. Do not bind a Bandai Namco ID until you are keeping the account. Game8's transfer note says gems do not cross between iOS and Android, and a transfer locks the next one for 24 hours.

The pity quoted beside this is 200 pulls or 60,000 stones, with a 3-star-or-better floor on a 10-pull. A reroll's 9,000 stones cannot walk that pity. That is the reason a reset exists at all, not a reason to reset forever.
